Artist Profile: Damian Frazier

Fantasy character with pointed ears, pale purple skin , purple eyes and black hair

Damian (he/him) is a neurodivergent, asexual, aromantic trans-masc living in the Duvall area. His art explores themes of gender, horror, love (platonic and romantic) and how they interact with each other.

“I never had to come out when it came to my gender. When I was around 11-12, my mom found me in the closet crying because I hated the way my body was becoming, and she was the one to put words to what I was feeling. She brought me to the living room, sat me down, and asked: “Do you feel like a boy?” I didn’t answer for a long time, but eventually “yes” was uttered. She’s done her best to support me since, and though she isn’t perfect, I know how extremely lucky I am to have her, and I couldn’t ask for a better mom.”

“The Radio Host”

“Mo Cuishle”

two pale-skinned male vampires dancing with each other.

Exhibited at Rainbow on the Eastside 2026.

Mo Cuishle (my pulse/my lifeblood) is a piece infused with the idea of spending time with someone and discovering new things to love about them. Not to find joy in every moment with another, but to find contentment and home. These characters are a love letter to queer survival, some of my own family history, and vampires.
