By submitting work for the “Rainbow on the Eastside – Pride Month Art Show” or attending events associated with the “Rainbow on the Eastside – Pride Month Art Show” , you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently.

  • The “Art Show” refers to the “Rainbow on the Eastside” Pride Month art show, to be hosted at Centro Cultural Mexicano in Redmond, WA.
  • The “Gallery” refers to Centro Cultural Mexicano.
  • The terms “we” and “us” refer to the Gallery and Wolfberry Studio LLC, the event organizer.
  • “You” are an individual or studio who submits entries for the Art Show.
  • “Artist” refers someone whose work we accept for the Art Show.
  • “Visitor” refers to any visitor to the Gallery during the Art Show.
  • “Work” refers to visual art and performance art submitted for the Art Show.

Contact Information

We may retain contact information that you provided through the Contact Form, the Art Submission Form or through direct communications. This information may be used in reaching out to you for future art shows. We will not share your contact information without your permission.

Artist Information

If your work is selected for the Art Show, your artist bio will be part of public exhibition materials, including but not limited to gallery wall tags and web postings. For the purposes of community representation, your 2SLGBTQIA+ identity and Eastside connection will be mentioned in print and web exhibition materials. If you are not comfortable with sharing this, even under a pseudonym, we will NOT be able to accept your submission.

Unless you notify us otherwise, any website links or social media handles that you provided on your submission may also be part of promotional materials for the Art Show, including but not limited to postings on websites and social media accounts maintained by us.

The Gallery does not handle sales on behalf of artists. If you are a visual artist who displays work in the Gallery during the Art Show, the Gallery may share your contact information with visitors who express an interest in buying your work. If you do not want your contact information to be shared, please let the Gallery know during art drop off.

No other personal information that you share with us will be shared with any person outside of the Gallery and the Event Organizer.

Images of Artwork, Artists and Visitors

We reserve the right to use photographs and/or digital images of any accepted work for the purpose of publicity for either the Art Show or the Artist. This includes images that you provided through the Art Submission Form, images you sent via email, and images that we capture at the Gallery during Art Show.

We reserve the right to use photographs and/or digital images of taken at the Gallery during the Art Show, including images of Visitors and Artists, for the purpose of publicity for the Art Show and/or the Gallery.

Because the Art Show is funded by a grant from the City, we are required to provide the City with images that we capture in the Gallery during the Art Show for documentation purposes. These images may include pictures of your work as well as images of Visitors and Artists present in the Gallery.

If a Visitor or Artist does not wish to have their likeness captured on video or in photographs while present in the Gallery, please inform the Gallery staff.

Visitor Information

As a condition of the Art Show receiving funding from the grant-making entities, we may be required to collect demographic information about Visitors to the Art Show. This data may be shared with grantors and will NOT include any personal information.

Visitors may be asked to fill out a brief survey. Filling out the survey is purely voluntary.
